Capabilities
General Contracting Services
A general contractor is responsible for providing all the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. As the general contractor, we will hire specialized subcontractors to perform portions of the construction work. We are also responsible for the quality of all work performed by all subcontractors.
Construction Management Services
Our construction management team will coordinate the planning, design and construction phases of each project. You’ll work with one of our advisors during the planning phase through the life of your project to ensure everyone is working toward the same goal.
Preconstruction Services
Each project will be entirely designed before being built. This will happen through meeting with each customer to discuss their needs and presenting building designs. Once the specs of the building are finalized, the building process will begin.
Design-Build Services
Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the Design-Build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services.
Bid-Build Services
Bid-Build design and construction services are split into separate entities, separate contracts, separate work.
