Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence

O’Brien Construction is a veteran-owned business that has been providing commercial general contracting services in the Pacific Northwest since 1974.

Owned and operated by Zak O’Brien, Zak took over the business from his father, Tom O’Brien, who started OCCI in Hermiston, Oregon. For over half a century, O’Brien Construction has been helping to shape the look of the Tri-Cities area, having constructed many of the buildings and warehouses you drive by every day, including Toyota of Tri-Cities, Smart Dental, AAA Mini-Storage, Gensco in Tri-Cities and Yakima, Vista I, II, & III Warehouses, and many more.
